  • Before Shipping: Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

  • After Shipping: Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.

To request a cancellation (within the allowed window), email us at support@premiumprotein.store with your Order ID.

💸 Refund Policy

Due to the consumable nature of our dietary and nutrition products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once the product is shipped.

⚠️ No Refunds in the Following Cases:

  • Change of mind

  • Delays due to customs or courier services

  • Incorrect shipping address entered by customer

📦 Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged, expired, or incorrect product:

  • Email us within 12-24 hours of delivery with clear images & your order ID

  • We'll investigate and, if valid, send a replacement or issue store credit (case-by-case basis)
