After Shipping: Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.

💸 Refund Policy
Due to the consumable nature of our dietary and nutrition products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once the product is shipped.

If you receive a damaged, expired, or incorrect product:

We'll investigate and, if valid, send a replacement or issue store credit (case-by-case basis)
